About Us

MeSalud stems from nearly 20 years of experience in injury rehabilitation and postural re-education. to improve chronic pain conditions and regain the ability to move without limitations.

We believe that a full recovery requires active work, efficient training, and—ultimately—MOVEMENT.

Our Methodology

We work with Therapeutic Pilates and Gyrotonic®, complemented by natural therapies such as osteopathy, myofascial release, and craniosacral therapy. We incorporate Radio Frequency Indiba® as a cellular regenerator with therapeutic and aesthetic properties.

Are Gyrotonic® and IndibaActiv® official center, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in all our treatments.
